Sarah's Story
After years of working in traditional home care, Sarah noticed a gap in the services available to families. Many people needed support, but not full-time care. They valued their independence and didn't want someone in their home all day.
That's when the idea for Hourglass Home Care was born. Sarah envisioned a service that would offer professional, compassionate care in flexible one-hour increments — perfect for medication reminders, wellness checks, meal preparation, or simply companionship.
As a Certified Nursing Assistant with deep roots in North Shore Massachusetts, Sarah understands the importance of community, trust, and dignity in caregiving. She built Hourglass Home Care to reflect those values.
